Nopalito Scan
Capture pages with the camera and keep them as PDF, JPEG or Word files on your device.
On-device capture and export · Optional cloud storage
Four stages from paper to file
Each stage runs in the app. Uploading to the cloud is a separate, optional action.
Capture
Frame the page with the camera. Automatic detection proposes the document edges.
Prepare
Perspective is corrected, the image is enhanced, and OCR can add selectable text.
Organize
Rotate, reorder or remove pages before finishing the document.
Export
Generate a PDF, JPEG set or Word file, then save it locally or share it.
Included tools
Document utilities included in the same Android app.
Local history
List of files generated in the app, with re-download from the app backup.
QR codes
Scan QR codes from images and generate new ones from text or links.
File compressor
Reduce the size of PDF, image and Word files.
Password protection
Set a password on PDF and Word files before sharing.
PDF pages
Extract, reorder or delete pages of a PDF file.
Export destinations and formats
Files are generated on the device in standard formats and handed to the system for storage or sharing.
Standard files
PDF (.pdf), images (JPEG) and Word (.docx) outputs that open in common readers and editors.
Local storage
Saved to the device download location, including Downloads/Nopalito Scan, and reopenable from history.
System share
Sent through the Android share sheet to installed apps that accept the file type.
Optional cloud copy
Uploaded to your Nopalito Scan cloud storage when you choose the cloud action. No third-party drives are integrated.
Optional cloud services
Capture, review and file generation on the device do not require the cloud upload action. The cloud is an optional, signed-in area for storage and processing of selected files.
- Included storage depends on plan: Free 50 MB, Personal 1 GB, Plus 5 GB.
- Simultaneous active sessions depend on plan: Free 1, Personal and Plus up to 5.
- Link a browser at /app/cloud with the QR code or PIN shown on this site; approval happens in the Android app.
- Deleted cloud files are kept in trash for a limited window (default 30 days); temporary upload staging is removed automatically.
Cloud capacity is provided under plans; local capture and export remain available without cloud use.
